Tefra had come back, and Yet another month passes. Kaelis is 5. Valley had just had her pups. The Dire Wolves still trying to stay away for fear of Araavos's wrath. Frostbite no longer cares too much if Tefra is with Kaelis, but still keeps an eye on her sometimes.

*riding on one of the direwolves*

Kaelis, get off there!

Wheeee!!! *giggles*

*Had just had her Kits also. and was cleaning them up*

*In the Dragon cave where she found she felt safer to have her pups for the time being. as rather than being scared of Frostbite. she felt her more of a guardian of sorts since she didn't show much aggression*

*had fully accepted her roomates. Even protecting them from the direwolves*

*He tried to come in and see the puppies at one point. but Valley had snapped at him to back off. and knowing it best not to argue with the angry mama of pups that aren't even his. just left with his tail tucked between his legs.*

Yeah, not the best idea, Buddy.....*pats the space beside her* Wanna come hang out? You seem lonely

*He looked at her for a moment. and eventually slowly approached and lay down beside her. his head resting on his paws. a soft, depressed huff leaving his throat.*

*gently pets his head* I can't imagine what it's like losing your mate to....well...him....but I do know what it feels like to be alone...Now...I'm not so alone anymore....If you're outcasted by them all, then...you have a place with me. No requirements needed. Just some company

*Quiet whine. and licks her hand*

*looks at Araavos* D...Do....Dragonborns....lose teeth when they age?....A...Asking for a friend.....

But you should know, you're tougher in here, than you would be out there. Remember, you said you wanted to adventure. And we'll talk more when your older, but if you still want to do that, there are sacrifices you'll need to make. Which i'll explain when it comes to that. But the biggest one, is you'll have to give up your mortality, you won't be as strong and bulletproof as you are now. You'll be weaker... you'll be mortal.

Are you sure that's what you want to do? I just got done explaining to Kaelis the risks of being an adventurer, do you want to put a child through that?

I'm not saying no, but you need to consider what that means? You get hurt, or worse, die, then what? I bring you back? Here? How do you explain that to our child? I love you, but again, there are things we need to think about, things we need to plan for. Do you understand? I'd love to, I really would, and of course I want to give you what you want. But the question I have, is, is that really what you want?
